Ava Gili
Bio
Ava is from Calgary, Alberta and is currently a fifth-year student in English with a minor in Media and Communications. Ever since she learned to read as a child, she loves nothing more than finding a new world to explore and get lost in. In the future, she hopes to become a developmental editor of novels. Because of this background, she loves brainstorming with students to help build their confidence for the upcoming writing stage. In regards to editing papers, she specializes in paragraph organization and concision to make sure students are communicating all their brilliant ideas to the best of their abilities. She believes everyone should have a favourite punctuation mark; her favourite is the semicolon.
