CONCENTRATION

CONCENTRATION:

You focus on your studies without distractions getting in the way.

THIS SKILL IS GOOD TO PRIORITIZE IF…

You are easily distracted and find yourself unable to focus on your studies – whether in class, reading, writing, preparing for assignments.

You know that you can concentrate on some things but academic work seems different.

You are putting in a lot of time for your studies but you finish lectures and readings without feeling like you really understand what is going on.

You really struggle to concentrate at certain times of the day and in certain environments but other people seem to work fine.

You are motivated to study but you worry that you will not be good enough.
