Ruth Kopiko
Bio
Ruth has a BA in English Education from the United States. She has a wide variety of teaching experience with learners in different parts of the world. Currently, she is in the MA Linguistics and Translation program. She hopes to do literacy development within the Bible translation movement because she believes every language is inherently valuable and worthy of use. Her interests include traveling, running, and going on foodie adventures. At the Writing Centre, her goal is to support and guide students as they express their thoughts onto paper. Book an appointment with Ruth to brainstorm ideas, start a draft, articulate a strong thesis, or refine your writing content. One of her favourite feelings in the world is when she has finally finished writing a difficult paper, and she hopes to celebrate moments like that with you during your Writing Centre appointment.
